SOME OF THE SERVICES OFFERED
AT OUR CLINIC INCLUDE

Treatment of
Neck Injuries

If you use a smartphone or computer, chances are you had or will eventually have neck pain. Sometime your neck pain can radiate down the arms and cause significant pain, numbness and weakness in the arm. It could partly be due to bad postures. An evaluation in this case is absolutely necessary in order to rule out serious conditions.

Treatment of
Knee Injuries

Too much sitting, bad running and weightlifting techniques, as well as age-related degenerations, could be the most probable causes of knee pain. Non-traumatic knee pain is often associated with a condition called patellofemoral syndrome. Other conditions we treat include bursitis, meniscus and ligament sprains and ligament tears such as the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL). We do pre-op and post-op ACL rehabilitation.

Treatment of Lower
Back Injuries and Sciatica

We all experience back pain. It is like the common cold, but for the lower back. Sometimes, more serious conditions such as disc bulge, disc hernia, spondylolisthesis or ankylosing spondylitis occur. Another common condition related to the lower back is sciatica, which is associated with leg pain, numbness and altered sensation. All of these conditions could very well be managed with physical therapy.

Treatment of Frozen Shoulder
and the Rotator Cuff

Shoulder pain is often associated with bad posture, overhead activities, direct fall or trauma and in many cases, lack of proper biomechanics at the level of the shoulder blades. These could affect the shoulder-stabilising muscles such as the rotator cuff. Injuries to the rotator cuff are very well managed by physical therapy. Other conditions we treat are frozen shoulder, bursitis and tendinitis.

Treatment of
Elbow injuries

Tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis is the inflammation of the tendon(s) that attach to the outside of the elbow. It is ones of the most common conditions associated with desk jobs. Most people with this condition do not even play tennis. Other elbow conditions are ulnar nerve entrapment and golf elbow.

Treatment of foot
and ankle injuries

Ankle sprain is the most common reasons for referral to the physiotherapy clinic. Foot problems such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinopathy are also very common. All these injuries are due to instability and biomechanical issues at the hips, knees and ankles.
