Treatment of Neck Pain

If you sit in front of the computer for more than 4 hours per day, chances are that at some point you had or will eventually have neck pain. Although bad posture during sitting could be a factor in developing neck pain, other bad habits such as exercising with poor biomechanics could also lead to neck pain.

Sometime your neck pain can radiate down the arms and cause significant pain, numbness and weakness in the arm. An evaluation in this case is absolutely necessary in order to rule out serious conditions. Once this is done, a plan of action to treat the pain would be implemented. In these cases, the sooner you seek help, the better your outcomes would be.
